What we collect
When you send an enquiry, we collect the name, email address and optional message you provide. If you arrive from a product page or calculator, the site may attach the validated product context or calculator summary so you do not have to enter it again. If available for the current visit, permitted campaign attribution such as UTM values or ad click IDs may also accompany the enquiry.
How we use it
We use enquiry data for quote processing only: reviewing product fit, preparing quotations, coordinating samples, arranging production and answering follow-up questions.
We do not sell enquiry lists.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses essential cookies and storage for security, language preference, form operation and owner-only access controls.
Optional analytics and marketing storage are controlled through the cookie banner. If you allow analytics, we may use GA4 to understand page performance and enquiry flow.
