Standard product lines (TB-BW, TB-AG, TB-TD, TB-CP)
- 3 years from date of delivery, materials and workmanship, to the original purchaser.
- Remedy: replacement of defective items (or replacement parts where the defect is a component), following written notice with photos/video and, where requested, return of a representative sample.
Consumables (TB-FB absorbent bags; accessory kits: seals, patches, nails)
- Warranted to conform to published specifications and arrive free of defects. Shelf-life for unused bags: 3 years in original vacuum packaging, stored cool and dry. Activation is single-use by design and not a defect.
Custom items
- Custom-cut, custom-coloured and custom-branded items are final sale (made to your approved drawings/artwork) — please use our quotation review before confirming.
Not covered
- Failure to deploy before a flood event; overtopping beyond barrier height
- Misuse, deployment outside published parameters, unauthorised modification
- Damage in shipment (claim against carrier — we assist with documentation), storage or handling
- Improper installation; site conditions outside those described at quotation
- Normal wear of consumable components (seals, patches)
Boundaries, plainly
We are a supply-only manufacturer/supplier. Installation, site assessment and local code compliance rest with the buyer/installer. We support with drawings, manuals and responsive technical help — we do not provide site engineering or performance guarantees for specific flood events.
