Most flood protection importers juggle three or four Chinese factories — one for aluminum, one for plastics, one for bags and seals. We run a coordinated factory pool so you don't have to: every product line, one contact, one QC standard, one mixed container.
How the factory pool works
We are not a trading company reselling whatever's available, and not a single factory pushing one material. The product designs and specifications are ours; production runs in a fixed set of specialised partner factories — extrusion, injection moulding, PVC welding, technical sewing — each doing the process it's actually built for, under one spec system:
- One spec sheet per product, whichever factory produces it. Your reorder next year matches your order this year.
- One QC standard. Pre-shipment inspection across all lines, one report to your inbox before anything sails.
- Mixed-container consolidation. Gates + boxwall + bag cartons + spares in one 40'HQ — the freight math that makes smaller trade orders work.
- Spare-parts continuity. Seals, joints, fins, end-caps stay available across years — your installed base stays serviceable, your customers stay yours.
One supplier for the whole range
What private label actually includes
Not just a sticker. Depending on the line:
- On-product: moulded-in logo (ABS), printed shells and sleeves (bags, tubes), plank marking (aluminum)
- Packaging: your carton artwork, pallet presentation, inserts and manuals in your layout
- Documentation: spec sheets and QC reports issued under your brand, ready to hand to your customers
- Boundaries, stated plainly: custom-branded and custom-cut items are final sale; moulded logos carry a one-time mould contribution, quoted before you commit.
Dealer economics, protected
- We don't retail. No published prices anywhere on this site, no direct-to-consumer channel undercutting you.
- Consumables anchor reorders. Flood bags are single-event products — the line that keeps your customers coming back through you.
- Sample fees credit against your first order. Qualifying us costs you freight and a refundable fee, not a leap of faith.
How to verify us
We're a Chinese supplier asking for your trust, so here's how to check instead of hoping (who we are):
- Factory audits welcome — in person or live video walk-through of any factory in the pool.
- References on request — we'll connect you with buyers who've shipped with us.
- Paid samples before any volume — judge the product, not the website.
- Third-party inspection accepted — appoint any agency of your choice for pre-shipment inspection; we schedule around them, not against them.
- Your spec on the paperwork. Model, material, dimensions and packing written into the quotation and invoice — so what you approved is what's enforceable, not what a listing photo implied.
- Production evidence before it sails: photos and video of your actual order at packing, plus the QC report — the sample you approved is the bulk you get.
- Start small — trial orders welcome. Our minimums are cartons and pallets, not containers; qualify us with a trial order before you commit real volume. Scale when the product earns it.
- A written warranty - 3 years on materials and workmanship for standard durable product lines; consumables and custom items follow the product-specific terms in the Warranty Policy.
